We are pleased to offer multiple delivery options for your convenience
2-3 working days from dispatch
Orders must be placed before 1pm Monday – Thursday for next day delivery.
Orders placed on a Friday before 1pm will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be despatched on a Monday for delivery on Tuesday, and charged as next day delivery, with the exception of a UK Bank Holiday Items will be dispatched on the next working day.

Sorry you have to return!
We are happy to refund your order excluding the original delivery cost. Simply enclose original delivery note with your return. Please note you are required to return unwanted orders via post. Larissa Howell will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay return charges – these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels. Items must be unused and in it's original packaging. All footwear must be tried on indoors and must not show any signs that the product has been worn. You have 28 days to notify us if you would like a return from the date of item receipt via email@example.com.
If you have a faulty item you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the goods.
Items are returned at the customers expense.
Can I exchange my items?
We don't offer exchanges just yet. Simply return your unwanted item(s) and re-order via the website.
When will I receive my refund?
We aim to process your refund within 48 hours of receiving your order back to us. Once your refund has been processed, we will send you an email to let you know.
PLEASE NOTE- your refund can take between 5-10 working days to credit your account depending on your bank.
